1/2 C. Soft bread crumbs
1/2 C. Milk
Mix together and then add:
1 1 lb can Salmon
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. chopped parsley
3 egg yolks-well beaten

Directions:

Mix all the above ingredients together and then fold in:
3 Egg whites-beaten stiff

Bake in buttered baking dish set in hot water.

Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes (until firm)
