1 pkg white cake mix
1 3oz pkg instant Pistachio pudding
4 eggs
1/4 cup oil
2 T water
1 cup sour cream
2 T maraschino cherries (chopped)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix cake mix and pudding mix in a bowl. Mix in eggs, oil, water, and sour cream. Add cherries. Divide batter into 4 mini loafs. Bake 45-50 minutes.
