2 sticks Butter
1/2 c. Shortening
3 c. Sugar
5 Eggs
3 c. sifted Flour
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 tsp. Lemon Flavoring
1 c. 7-Up
Powdered Sugar (you determine how much) for top of cake
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º F.
Cream Shortening, Butter and Sugar well. Add Flour gradually. Add Flavoring and then slowly add 7-Up. Pour into large, greased and Floured Bunt pan.
Bake 90 minutes. If in an 8 in. square pan bake 60 minutes.
Sprinkle with Powdered Sugar.
