Ingredients:  
1 pound roast Beef
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 3" stick of cinnamon
1 quart water

1 head cauliflower, cut into very small florets
3 T. Butter
Small pinch of hot pepper flakes.

3 T. butter
3-4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
Mint to taste
2 T flour
1 quart laben

Directions:
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a pan, cover and cook the meat until it
shreds. When cool, line a sieve with paper towel and pour all through
the sieve into a bowl. Shred the meat into the broth and reserve.
In a Dutch oven, melt the butter, add cauliflower and pepper flakes.
Cook until the cauliflower gets some brown color. Remove to a bowl.
In the same Dutch oven, melt the butter, add garlic and cook briefly.
Add the spices and the flour and cook 1 minute for flour to lose its
raw taste. Add laben and mix well, heat through. Add meat and
broth. Mix and keep warm until time to serve. Just Before serving
add cauliflower and heat through.

Serve over rice cooked with orzo.
