2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp salt
1 heaping tbs flour
1 c. milk
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. chopped onion
garlic salt
2 tsp chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger with onion. Drain off fat. Sprinkle with flour and seasonings. Stir in the milk and ketchup.

Allow it to sit and simmer for about 7 minutes. Serve!`

I don't like cooking out of a packet. Although you can buy a seasoning packet, this is a much better recipe from a lady I went to church with. This is a super quick meal, especially if you will cook your hamburger before-hand!
