1 lg. package sliced mushrooms
2 bunches green onions, sliced (tops too)
1 pkg. cubed cheese (your preference)

Dressing:
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 tbs. sugar
3 heaping tsp. Cavendar's Greek Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing ingredients in a container and let it sit for several hours.

Combine mushrooms and other ingredients in a bowl. Pour dressing over just before serving.

This is a recipe that our friend, Marcia Endersby, brings to Hedges Deer Camp every year. She makes a double recipe to serve about 30 people. I absolutely LOVE this stuff! I look forward to it every year!
