2 cups warm water
2 packs yeast or 2 tbsp bulk yeast
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp. salt
3/4 cup cooking oil
6 cups bread flour (more or less)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first five ingredients in a large mixture bowl until yeast and sugar dissolves. Add flour one cup at a time until dough is stiff. Form into a round ball in a bowl and wash with oil then cover with plastic wrap. Allow to rise until double in size.
Turn out on a floured surface and knead the dough working out the air bubbles. You may flatten the dough and cut the rolls with a biscuit cutter or you may pinch rolls. Makes 24 to 26 rolls depending on size.

Set aside and let rise till double in size. Preheat oven to 350degrees. Bake for 18 minutes or until test for doneness (with a toothpick).

Whole Wheat Flour - for wheat rolls, 1/2 wheat and 1/2 white bread flour in your recipe.
