Ingredients:
Ingredients:
12 count package of Hawaiian sweet rolls, sliced in half
3/4 pound of deli ham, sliced thinly
3/4 pound Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
1 stick of butter, melted
1 tbs. dijon mustard
1 tbs. poppy seeds
2 tsp. dried minced onion
2 tsp. Worchesteshire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x9 or 9x13 pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.

1. Using a serrated (jagged) knife, slice the rolls in half so you have a slab of tops and bottoms. Do not pull the rolls apart and slice individually. You will want them connected. Place the bottom slab on the prepared pan.

2. Evenly layer about half of the ham over the rolls. Do the same with the cheese. Then top with the remaining ham.

3. Add the tops of the rolls.

4. In a microwave safe bowl, melt your butter. Add mustard, poppy seeds, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and whisk to combine.

5. Slowly and evenly pour the butter mixture over the rolls. Use a spatula to spread the mixture over the tops. Some of the mixture will pool at the base of the rolls.

6. cover with foil and allow rolls to stand at room temp for 5-10 minutes.

7. Bake covered for 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Uncover and bake for 3-5 minutes longer.

Serve immediately. Sliders are best warm and fresh!

Personal Notes:
This is a great recipe to take or serve at a party. Most everyone likes sandwiches. We use this for things like New Year's Eve or even Christmas Day gatherings.

Note: I don't always have Swiss cheese on hand, and not everyone will like Swiss. I have substituted Kraft American and other sliced cheese in its place. Use what you have!

****Also, avoid poppy seeds if your job requires you to do drug testing. There is some evidence that they can cause false positives.
