3/4 C beef broth
1 T soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 T light brown sugar (opt.)
1 T cornstarch
1 lb lean beef (bottom or round steak) sliced into thin strips
1 med onion, sliced into wedges
1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the beef broth, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger, pepper, brown sugar & cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.
Coat a large skillet or wok with cooking spray & a little oil. Add beef & brown over med high heat for about 5 minutes until done. Add onions & broccoli; cook for 3 or 4 more minutes.
Add the broth mixture to the skillet and stir constantly until the sauce begins to thicken.
Serve immediately with rice or zoodles.
