2 pounds ground turkey
3 T. chili powder
1 medium Spanish onion, diced
1/2 bunch of celery, diced
1 15 ounce can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 can 46 ounces tomato juice
1 can 28 ounces diced tomatoes
1/2 cup fresh or canned chicken stock
salt and pepper to taste
hot pepper sauce to taste

In large pot, cook turkey over medium heat until cooked through. Drain any fat, then add back to pot. Add chili powder and let cook a few minutes. Add onion and celery, cook 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add garbanzo beans and stir. Stir in tomato juice, diced tomatoes, and chicken stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 30-45 minutes. Season as desired.
