Flour Tortilla Wraps (as many as you plan to eat)
Cooked chicken - chopped thinly (Optional)
Cheese
Peppers
Onions
Mushrooms
Whatever other veggies you like

To serve:
Avocado
Garlic - 2 cloves minced
Sour Cream
Salsa

You can pretty much include or dismiss whichever ingredients you like.

To cook in George Forman:
1. Layer whatever ingredients you want to use on half a tortilla. Fold in half. Spray with cooking spray and place on grill.

2. Grill until toasted and cheese melted

3. Serve with guacamole, sour cream and salsa

Too cook in the Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the vegetables and chicken if using. Cook and stir until the vegetables have softened, about 10 minutes.

3. Layer ingredients on half of each tortilla, then sprinkle with the cheese. Fold the tortillas in half and Place onto a baking sheet.

4. Bake quesadillas in the preheated oven until the cheese has melted, about 10 minutes.

5. Serve with guacamole, sour cream and salsa

Guacamole:
Mash Avocado, garlic and 1 tblsp sour cream with a fork

This is a super tasty, quick and easy lunch, dinner or appetiser that you can make in 5 minutes when you want something 'not so healthy' but super yummy. Quickest and easiest way is to cook in George Forman but if you don't have one you can cook in the oven :)
