- Prime rib
- Cooking oil
- Onion soup mix - finely minced - hit with ??/

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 550 or 450º
2. while oven is heating place roast on roasting pan
3. Coat roast with a couple of tbsp of cooking oil & sprinkle 3-4 tbsp. of onion soup mix
4. Place roast in oven and reduce temperature to 350º. Bake for 20 min./lb.

Remove roast from oven when thermometer reads 160º for medium.
