Italian Meat Pie Recipe

1 deep dish frozen pie crust
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
2 8oz. cans tomato sauce
1 4oz. can mushrooms
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw crust for 20 minutes, crimp & bake @ 400º for 8-10 min.

Preheat oven to 350º
Brown & drain ground beef, add green pepper, cook for 2 minutes in skillet.
Stir in tomato sauce, mushrooms, oregano and simmer 10 minutes.
Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over bottom of crust, spread 1/2 meat mixture
over cheese.
Sprinkle with 1 cup Mozzarella cheese.
Add remaining meat mixture
Bake 15 minutes
Add remaining cheese and bake 5-10 minutes until brown.
