1 lb. skinless chicken
1 (15 oz.) can black beans
1 C salsa
2 C corn
1 tsp. cumin
8 oz. cream cheese
salt/pepper
rice

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in bottom of crockpot.
Mix all ingredients except the cream cheese and pour mixture over chicken.Cook on low for 4 hours. Thirty minutes before serving, add cream cheese and shred chicken.
You can add any vegetables or seasonings that you like. Serve over rice or you can cook rice and mix it into the crockpot chicken.

You can add more beans or corn instead of chicken to make it vegetarian.
