1 1/2 c. Powdered Sugar
1 1/4 c. Butter, softened
1 Egg
3 c. Flour
1/2 c. Cocoa
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 c. Chopped Pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Powdered Sugar , Butter and Egg.
Mix in Flour, Cocoa and Salt.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour and no longer than 6 weeks.

Divide dough into halves; shape each half into 1 1/2 inches.
Roll in Pecans.
Wrap and refrigerate 8 hours.

Preheat oven to 400º F.
Cut rolls into 1/8 in. slices (if dough crumbles, let warm slightly).
Place 1 in. apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake until set, about 8 minutes.
Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
