3 pkgs. (16 oz.)
2 red bell peppers
1 pint grape tomatoes
1 bunch green onions
1 cup celery
1 bunch broccoli
1 large can black pitted olives ( I usually use sliced)
2 pkgs. crumbled feta
1 large bottle and 1/2 small bottle of Paul Newman's Vinegar and Olive Oil Dressing
3 TBSP basil

Gently boil tortellini, rinse with cold water and cool for 30 min. Chop peppers, green onions, celery. Cut broccoli into small bite size pieces. I usually cut the grape tomatoes and olives in half or use sliced olives. Mix all ingredients together, throw tomatoes in last.

This is Patrick's favorite pasta salad. I had always made this salad for large gatherings but now I make it using 1 pkg. of tortellini and adjust the added vegetables and dressing.
