1/4 c. Shortening
1/2 c. Sugar
3 Egg Yolks
1 c. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 c. Milk
1 tsp. Orange Extract
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 380º
Cream the Shortening. Add Sugar gradually. Beat the Yolks until thick and lemon-colored. Mix and sift the dry ingredients and add to the first mixture alternately with the Milk. Add Flavoring.
Bake as loaf or layer cake.
Bake for 45 minutes.
