1/3 cup melted margarine
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp cream
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix melted margarine. Mix with hands until light and crumbly. Save 1 cup of mix for later. Pat rest into 8" square pan. Press firmly. Bake at 350ºF for 12-15min. Beat cream cheese with sugar. Beat in egg, lemon juice, cream, and vanilla. Pour onto baked layer. Cover with 1 cup of mix saved earlier. Bake at 350ºF for 25min. Cool. Cut into 16, 2" squares.
