1 med onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 garlic, minced
6 C pre-made cornbread (see recipe for cornbread), cubed
2 C bread, cubed (V uses gluten free)
Coarse salt & ground pepper
2 tsp sage
3 to 4 C broth, boxed or homemade ( the amount of broth you use depends on how moist you like the dressing.
