1 lb. Chicken Breast cooked (21/2 cups)
1 med onion
1 bunch green onion
Jalapenos
Olive oil
8 oz cream cheese
Cilantro
12 Flour tortillas 8"
2 cups grated Monterey Jack (divided)
2 cups grated Cheddar Cheese (divided)
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
1 can chopped green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion, green peppers, and jalapenos in fry pan with oilive oil add chicken. In bowl mix cream cheese and chicken pepper mixture. Add 1 cup of both CHeddar and Monterey Jack. Add cilantro.
Place a spponful of mixture in flour tortillas, roll and place seam down into a greased 11x13 pan. Melt butter in medium sauce pan, whisk in flour and cook slowly stirring in the chicken broth, sour cream, and green chilies.
Poor sauce over enchiladas and top with the remaining cheese.
Bake at 350* for 25 minutes until bubbly. If you like to brown the cheese place under broiler for about 3 minutes.
