1 box Lemon Cake mix
1 box instant pineapple pudding
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 (10 oz.) 7-Up

Icing:
1 stick butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 can crushed pineapple, with juice
1 c. coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake 375º for 40-45 minutes.
Mix icing ingredients, except the coconut. Cook over low heat until thick. Cool and add coconut.
