3/4 lb. beef stew
1/2 c. onion, sliced
1/2 c. condensed beef broth
1/2 c. water
2 T. ketchup
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. 57 steak sauce
2 T. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. cooked noodles
Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef stew and onion in fry pan until beef is lightly browned. Add broth, water, ketchup, pepper and steak sauce. Cover and simmer until beef is tender, about 45 minutes. Mix flour with buttermilk. Stir into beef mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Serve over noodles.
