8 oz. cottage cheese
2 c. cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 onion (chopped)
1/4 c. chopped olives
12 corn tortillas
6 T. flour
6 T. margarine
3 chicken bouillion cubes (2 c. hot water)
1 1/2 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cottage cheese, 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, onion & olives.
Fry tortillas...drain...fill with cheese mixture.
Place in baking dish.
Heat oven 375º. Melt butter, stir in flour & heat until bubbly. Add enough water to broth to equal 2 cups. Stir into flour mixture. Thicken...
Stir in chiles.
Add part to sour cream then back into broth...stir.
Pour over tortillas. Bake 20 minutes.
Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
