4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. olive oil
1 cube butter
1 flat anchovies in oil
Assorted fresh vegetables, cut into bite size pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Brown garlic in small amount of oil. Add all of oil and butter. Add anchoviews. Bring to simmer and keep simmering. Dip vegetables into hot oil and eat. Serve with French bread and wine.
