Ingredients:  
2 lg fresh jalapeņos - charred under the broiler, skinned, de-seeded & minced
2 14.5 oz cans fire roasted tomatoes, drained (save juice)
2 T lime juice
1/4 C fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 C onion, finely chopped
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp chili powder
Salt to taste
Onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients, except salt, in a food processor & pulse. Taste & add salt at the end.
If you need more liquid, add juice from the tomatoes, a little at a time until you get the desired consistency.

Serve with taco chips.
