9-inch Baked Pie Shell
1/4 c. sugar
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3 or 3-1/2 c. raspberries
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. chilled whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together 1/4 c. sugar and gelatin in saucepan; stir in raspberries. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly, just until mixture boils.
Chill mixture, stirring occasionally until mounds slightly when dropped from spoon.
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until foamy.
Beat in 1/3 cup sugar, 1 tbsp. at a time; continue beating until stiff and glossy. Do not under beat.
Fold raspberry mixture into meringue.
In chilled bowl, beat cream until stiff; fold into raspberry meringue.
Pile into baked pie shell.
Chill at least 3 hours or until set.
