3 c flour
2 c sugar
6 T baking cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c. oil
2 T vinegar
2 tsp vanilla
2 c cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients into an ungreased 9"x12" baking pan. Make 3 "holes" in the dry mix of graduated size. In the large hole pour the oil, the medium hole pour the vinegar and the small hole pour in vanilla. Pour the cold water over all and stir together with a fork until well mixed. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes.

This is a moist, dark chocolate, 1 pan cake so it's easy cleanup. Frost with peanut butter icing. Delicious!
