Peel, core and slice 6-8 apples thinly.
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tp baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Butter the bottom of a 9" pie plate, cover bottom of plate with sliced apples.
In a bowl mix together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Stir (with a fork) the egg into flour mixture until crumbly; stir in melted butter and spread mixture over the apples. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350º.
