1 graham cracker pie crust, preferably gluten free
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 C powdered sugar, sifted
1 tub whipped topping (4 cups)
1/2 C lightly salted peanuts, coarsley chopped
1 C creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 hard chocolate bar

Directions:
Directions:
Soften the cream cheese and add the sifted powdered sugar, peanut butter & vanilla.
Beat until well incorporated. Fold in 2 cups of the whipped topping to the peanut butter mixture. Pour into the pie shell and top with the remaining whipped topping. Grate the chocolate bar on the pie & add the chopped peanuts for garnish. You can also drizzle chocolate on top of the pie, if desired.
