1 Yellow cake mix (can substitute any flavor
1 stick of butter softened
1 8oz Package of cream cheese
1 egg

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º place parchment paper on cookie sheet
Cream butter and cream cheese until blended
Add egg yolk
Add cake mix 1/3 of package at a time and blend thoroughly. Might have to add last third by hand as batter will be stiff.
Chill dough for 30 minutes for easier handling
Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes until slightly browned on edges.
Cookies will be soft and will set as they cool.
Yields about 24-30 cookies.
Store in a tight container
