4 med fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1/4 med onion, chopped
1/4 C red bell pepper, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp onion powder
Pinch cayenne
1/4 C red wine vinegar
1 T soy sauce or Bragg's liquid amigos
2 C organic tomato juice or spicey V-8 juice
Salt & pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse, leaving the mixture slightly chunky.
Chill. Garnish with lemon slices & cilantro.
