Sauce:
1/2 C Frank's Hot Sauce
1/2 C Butter
Dash of worchestirshire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Boil wings in salted water for 7 to 8 minutes.
Pour into a colander & let them drain. Pat wings dry with a paper towel.
Put in a 450 degree oven for 30 minutes; flip them over and bake for another 15 minutes.
In the meantime, mix up your sauce (whatever proportions you like) & heat in the microwave.
When the wings are done, pour sauce over wings and mix until all are coated well.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The high heat and long period of cooking time help the wings crispen up without having to fry them.
Serve with blue cheese dressing. See the recipe for homemade dressing under the miscellaneous tab. Or you can use bottled dressing.
