Meatballs:

2 pounds Ground Beef
1 Cup Cornflake Crumbs
1/2 Cup Parsley Flakes
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 Tablespoons Minced Onion
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/3 Cup Ketchup

Cocktail Sauce:

2 14-ounce cans Jellied Cranberry Sauce
2 12-ounce Chili Sauce
4 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

Meatballs:
-In large bowl combine all meatball ingredients.
-Roll into mini meatballs and place on ungreased baking pan.
-Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.

Cocktail Sauce:
-In large pan, combine all sauce ingredients.
-Cook over medium heat, letting cranberry sauce melt and completely mix in.
--When meatballs are done add them to sauce. Cook for 45 minutes.
--Serve warm. (Great to serve from a small crockpot with fancy toothpicks)
