2 1/2 C almond flour
1 T coconut flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 T vanilla
1/4 C coconut oil
1/4 C maple syrup (or local honey)
1/4 C coconut or almond milk (not the fat)
2 eggs
1 C fresh or frozen blueberries (or other fruit)
2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine flours, salt & soda and stir to combine.
Pour in coconut oil, eggs, maple syrup, milk and vanilla.
Mix well.
Fold in blueberries & add cinnamon.
Bake in muffin cups 22 to 25 minutes.
