4-6 Frozen Haddock or Cod Fillets
1/2 teaspoon Thyme
1 can condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 medium Tomato, sliced
2 Tablespoons Butter, softened
Fresh Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 475

Mix thyme into soup.

In an ungreased shallow baking dish, spread one third of soup mixture.
Place fish fillets on top and cover with remaining soup mixture.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven.
Place tomato slices on fish, brush with butter and sprinkle with parsley.
Return to oven and bake 5 minutes more or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
