Sour Cream Dip:
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
8 oz carton sour cream

Nine Ways:
1) Tropical: mandarin orange slices, toasted coconut, finely shredded lime peel
2) Peach Crumble: peaches, chopped & toasted pecans, brown sugar
3) Fiesta: diced avocado, chopped red onion, garlic salt
4) Italian: finely chopped spinach, Parmesan cheese, cracked peppercorns
5) Garden Fresh: chopped cucumbers, chopped tomatoes, snipped fresh cilantro
6) Minty Strawberry: strawberries (sliced), strawberry preserves, snipped fresh mint
7) Smoky + Sweet: chopped smoked almonds, dried fruit pieces, curry powder, garlic salt
8) Bacon Blue: cooked and crumbled bacon, crumbled blue cheese, finely chopped celery
9) Dilly Egg: hard cooked egg chopped, snipped fresh dill, lemon pepper
