1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
1 tsp dried Rosemary
¼ tsp salt
Ground Pepper
¼ tsp Ginger powder
1 tbsp. Soya Sauce
1 tbsp. Sherry or White Wine (sweet)
4 Chicken Fillets

Other Ingredients:
250ml Double Cream (single cream might separate)
1 tsp Ginger Powder
2 x vegetable stock cube (optional)
Tagliatelle and steamed broccoli - to serve

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 220 degrees.

Mix the marinade together and pour into an oven proof dish. Place the chicken in the same dish and turn until completely covered in marinade. Place in the oven for 15 minutes.

Increase the oven temperature to 250 degrees.

250ml Double Cream (single cream might separate)

1 tsp Ginger Powder

Mix together and pour over the chicken. Place back in the oven for 7 minutes.

We love to have this with al dente tagliatelle and steamed broccoli. Tip – put a vegetable stock cube in the water for cooking the tagliatelle and one in the water to steam the broccoli.

This dish is very easy and ideal for entertaining. Bon Appetit!
