6 Lamb chops (2 to 3 per person)
1/4 C finely minced fresh rosemary
1/8 C finely minced fresh oregano
1/8 C fine thyme leaves
8 cloves garlic, finely minced
1T freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 T mustard, your preference
1 T oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/8 tsp cayenne
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except chops, salt & pepper, and stir well to form a paste.

Salt & pepper both sides of the lamb chops, then spread the paste on both sides.

Marinate in the refrigerator for several hours.

Grill. Chops are best cooked until medium rare.
