Use 2/3 of the ingredients to make "The Best White Cake Ever" recipe in a 13" x 9" cake pan.
Use 1/2 of the ingredients to make the "Pina Coladas" drink mix without the ice.
8oz. whipped cream
1 can sweetended condensed milk
1/4 c. shredded coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Bake "The Best White Cake Ever", as directed, in the 13" x 9" pan and let cool a little.
While still hot, poke holes with a straw, about 1" apart, all over the cake.
Mix the sweetened condensed milk with the pina colada mix.
Pour this mixture over the whole cake.
Let cool, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
Cover with whipped cream; sprinkle on coconut.
