5 Roma Tomatoes
1 large container Grape Tomatoes
3 Poblano Peppers
2 bunches Green Onions
1 bunch Cilantro
Salt
1/4 -1/2 C Canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Dice tomatoes first.
When finished, salt them and stir.
Chop and layer peppers, green onions, then cilantro. (do NOT salt each layer)
Add canola oil and stir right before serving.

Note: Olive oil has too strong of a taste and will overwhelm the salsa.
