3 3/4 cups of all purpose flour
1 3/4 Kosher salt
1/2 tsp. active yeast
1 1/2 cups of warm water
1 Tbsp. of oil
1 Jalapeno sliced thin
2 cloves of garlic minced
1/2 cup of shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine 2 3/4 cups of flour, 1 12/ tsp. of salt, and the yeast. Add the warm water. Stir until flour mixture is moistened. The dough will be sticky and soft. Cover bowl with wax paper. Let rest for 2 hours.
Lightly grease large oven going skillet. Using a fork add the remaining flour into dough. spread the dough into skillet to cover skillet surface. spray wax paper and place grease side down over skillet and let rise for an hour and a half to 2 or until puffy.
Preheat oven to 400. uncover dough and sprinkle with jalapenos, remaining salt and drizzle with 1 tbsp. of olive oil.. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Put pan in oven and cook for 25 minutes. Add cheese and cook for 5 minutes longer to melt cheese.
Let cool on wire rack for 15 minutes then serve

Add your own ingredients. Goes well with rosemary and basil or Pepperoni and cheese. Choose what you like.
