2 C Sugar
1 C Light Corn Syrup
1 C Water
3 C Dry Roasted Nuts (12 oz Jar
2 T Margarine or Butter
2 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a cookie sheet.

Mix sugar, corn syrup, and water in a large, heavy saucepan. Cover and heat to boiling.Uncover and cook rapidly to 236º. Stir in nuts and cook rapidly, stirring constantly to 280º. Stir in butter and continue cooking to 300º

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Sprinkle soda over top quickly and stir vigorously for about 15 seconds until puffy.

Pour at once onto prepared pan. Cool completely and break into pieces.
