3 quarters of a pack of digestive biscuits
2 small tubs flora light
2x 250g tubs of philadelphia cheese
1 small carton double cream
5 lemons
Medium tin condensed milk
Strawberries or Kiwis for topping

Method:

Crush digestives and melt flora and add biscuits, mix.  Transfer to a cake tin and flatten.

In a bowl, place juice of lemons, cheese, cream and condensed milk, mix all together.  Pour over the top of the biscuit mix.

Place in the fridge overnight to set.

Cut strawberries in half or slice the kiwis whichever your prefer and place on top of the cheesecake the next day.
