2 c. cooked white rice 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. olive oil 1/2 c. milk 3 eggs, slightly beaten pinch of Italian seasoning pinch of garlic powder salt & pepper to taste 1 c. grated Jack cheese 1/2 c. Parmesean cheese
Mix all ingredients together and put in a oiled baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes or until slightly brown.
