1 package yellow or lemon supreme cake mix
1 package lemon jello
6 ounce can apricot nectar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon lemon extract
4 eggs
1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
1 lemon, rind grated and juiced

Directions:
Directions:
Empty cake mix, jello, apricot nectar, lemon extract and oil into mixing bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour into greased tube cake pan. Bake at 325 for one hour. While cake is baking, mix together sugar, lemon rind and juice. Pour sauce over cake while still hot.
