SAUCE:
1/3 cup butter
2 thin slices prosciutto, cubed
2 teaspoons shallots
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1/4 cup Marsala wine
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup chicken stock
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons heavy cream

CHICKEN SPICE:
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

4 Chicken Breasts

SAUCE:
Melt butter over low heat. Turn up to medium/high heat to saute prosciutto for 2-3 minutes. Add shallots and garlic. Saute for 30 more seconds. Add wine, simmer for 5 minutes.
Disolve cornstarch in chicken stock. Add and simmer for 5 minutes. Add parsley and cream. Cook until sauce reaches a gravy thickness.

CHICKEN:
Drizzle olive oil over chicken breasts and sprinkle chicken spice on top. Grill until cooked through.

Place grilled chicken in sauce to keep warm. When ready, serve chicken over pasta. Top with sauce.
