1 sleeve saltine crackers
2 sticks butter (salted)
1 cup light brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 bag milk chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil, sprayed with cooking spray.

Cover sheet with 1 layer of saltine crackers.

In med. saucepan over medium-high heat, melt butter, add brown sugar. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring often. Once it boils, stir constantly and cook for 2 minutes. The mixture should be bubbly.

Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.

Pour toffee mixture over cracker. Bake for 6 minutes.

Remove from oven, sprinkle top of warm crackers with milk chocolate chips (cover with aluminum foil) and wait 5 minutes to allow chocolate to melt.

Spread chocolate over top of crackers/candy -- sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Cool in refrigerator or freezer. Break into pieces.
