Ingredients:  
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. pork sausage
1 onion diced
salt & pepper to taste
2 large cans whole tomatoes
2 large cans water
2 can chili beans (juice and all)
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. onion powder
1 t. chili powder
2 stalks celery, chopped
large elbow macaroni (12 to 16 oz box)

Sour cream and grated cheddar cheese and crackers -- serve with

Directions:
Brown hamburger and pork sausage, onions and celery.

Add cans of whole tomatoes and smash the tomatoes. Add 2 cans of water.

Add seasonings, and chili beans. Simmer for several hours.

Shortly before serving -- cook large elbow pasta in separate pan -- drain and add to chili.

Serve chili with sour cream, grated cheese and crackers.
