1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup shortening
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teas. maple flavoring
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teas cream of tarter
1/2 teas baking soda
Directions:
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix melted margarine, shortening, brown sugar , egg and maple flavoring.
Mix flour, cream of tarter, baking soda.
Gradually add dry ingredients.
Drop by teaspoons onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Press cookie with wet glass.
Bake 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes
