2- 8oz cream cheese packs (soften)
2 tsp of grated onion
2 tsp of Westchester sauce
1 tsp of lemon juice
½ tsp paprika
1 ½ chopped pecan
½ tsp of season salt
Dash of celery salt
2 tbsp. of parsley flakes
2 tbsp. of chopped green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 pack of cream cheese with onion, Westchester sauce, lemon juice, paprika, salt, celery salt, parsley, green pepper, and ½ of chopped pecan then mix well. Then add the second pack of cream cheese, mix again thoroughly.

On a cutting board arrange remaining pecan. Shape mixture into a ball and then roll it into the remaining pecan to coat.

Let the cheese ball chill overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
